Shipping & Delivery

  • Free worldwide shipping is included where available for standard-size parts.
  • Most orders require 1-5 business days for fitment confirmation, supplier confirmation and packing before shipment.
  • Many standard parcels arrive within 10-24 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance and carrier service.
  • Remote-area delivery, oversized freight or heavy parts may require confirmation before dispatch.
  • Orders may be held briefly while we confirm fitment, supplier availability or shipping method.
  • Tracking details are provided after the shipment is arranged by the supplier or logistics partner.
  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees and local taxes are normally the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • Contact SummitRoverParts@qq.com first with order number, VIN, photos and reason for return.
  • Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery before sending any item back.
  • Wrong-fitment cases are reviewed using model year, engine code, market and OEM number.
  • Installed, used, programmed or electrical parts may require additional inspection before approval.
  • Original freight, remote-area surcharge or special handling costs may not be refundable.

Return registration and reshipment

After support approval, return the item as instructed. Once received and checked, we arrange the replacement shipment.

Processing time

After we receive the returned item, cases are usually processed within 1-3 business days. If more information is needed, our support team will contact you. The full return or exchange process usually takes about one week.
